New Recipe! Coconut Pound Cake with White Chocolate

Hey Reader!

This Coconut Pound Cake is moist and so so good. It's made with a combination of coconut milk, coconut oil for a wonderful coconut flavor and white chocolate which adds a sweet mellow vanilla flavor. Then it's topped with a Coconut Lime Frosting that I created just for this cake. You're going to love it!

Top Baking Tip: Invert the cake after 10 minutes instead of the typical 15 minutes. The sugar in the white chocolate causes the cake to stick if left in the pan too long. For this reason I also recommend Baker's Joy baking spray for the best results.

Happy Baking!

My latest addition is this Rhubarb Crumble Pie with a flaky buttery pie crust. I've been working on this homemade pie crust for years, and it's guaranteed to give you a delicious pie. I tested this pie and it has the perfect...

These Orange Scones with a zesty orange glaze are my latest creation; and if you haven't tried the lemon poppy seed version yet, you're missing out! If you're new to making scones, this...
