3 Great Pies for Pi Day!🥧

Hey Reader!

Tomorrow is Pi Day, as in the magical number that makes the world go 'round—literally— (couldn't resist the engineering humor) because it's the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, but on March 14, it’s just an excuse to eat more pie! Here are 3 great recipes to celebrate:

  • Apple pie is always a good idea, and this classic is full of perfectly cooked apples encased in a buttery, flaky pie crust
  • If you want something easier, then try this Key Lime Pie. It's a classic recipe made with key limes, but regular limes will work.
  • If you love Cara Cara oranges, then try this chocolate orange tart made with an easy press-in chocolate crust.
