Weekend Baking: Peach Desserts

Hi Reader,

It's peach season in Oregon and they are really sweet this year. Below are some peach desserts to try this weekend and over the next few weeks with more to come.

  • โ€‹Peach Crumble: One of my favorite desserts. I love baked peaches and the combination of peaches and a pecan crumble is so so good.๐Ÿ˜
  • โ€‹Summer Peach Cake: This cake has a layer of peaches in the center and on top. The cake is incredibly moist and you get peaches in every bite.๐Ÿฐ
  • โ€‹Roasted Peach Tartine: This summer tartine was inspired by a trip to Boston bakery. I loved their peach tartine so much I decided to recreate it once I got home.
  • โ€‹Roasted Peaches: Roasting fruit is an easy way to bring out the natural sugar. I roasted these with the skins on which add even more flavor.
  • โ€‹Peach Crumble Pie: Warm juicy peaches with a flaky buttery crust, and a brown sugar crumble.๐Ÿฅง
  • โ€‹Peach Crumble Muffins: These are great for breakfast with big chunks of peaches and a cinnamon brown sugar crumble.
