Hi Reader,

It's July and these are my recommended bakes for the month. Cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and apricots are plentiful and so good. My favorite? The apricot cake made with an apricot puree and fresh apricots.

Flaky, buttery homemade crust packed with fresh raspberries.

A tender muffins made with fresh peaches and a brown sugar crumble. YUM!!

An easy no bake dessert made with an easy blueberry compote and a lemon curd cream.

A super moist cake made with apricot puree and fresh apricots. Make sure you taste the apricots before you start this recipe. The apricots should be sweet-tart and tasty.

An easy pie made with plenty of fresh key lime juice and zest. It's incredibly tart and creamy.

Tender baked doughnuts made with coconut milk and a pineapple glaze.

Cherry tomatoes are here and this is the perfect recipe to make with those sweet juicy flavor bombs.

Made with cream cheese and mascarpone it's incredibly creamy and tart.
