A Trio of Snowballs

Hello Reader,

If you love snowball cookies then you'll love this trio of flavors: peppermint, pecan, and lemon.

I know pecan is a classic, but I absolutely love the lemon. When I made these the entire kitchen smelled like lemon, and they taste like a buttery lemon drop.

These cookies are perfect for a party and great for shipping to family and friends.
