What to Bake in August

Hi Reader,

It's already August, but there is still plenty of summer left. ๐Ÿ˜Ž If you're looking for baking inspiration for the month here are some of my favorites, including a new recipe for blackberry jam

Do you have any favorites you like to make this time of year?

An easy summer jam made with fresh blackberries and flavored with a little cinnamon and vanilla

An incredibly moist cake with chunks of peaches throughout the cake

One reader says: "Thank you so much for this recipe! Iโ€™ve made these three times now, and they get better each time!!"

A delicious pie packed with fresh peaches and topped with a crunchy crumble

A lemon bundt cake studded with raspberries throughout and topped with an all-natural raspberry glaze

A moist buttermilk coffee cake topped with sweet blueberries and a delicious crumble

A buttery flaky pie crust filled with a quick homemade cherry jam.

Also known as almond tea cakes. They're incredibly moist and made with almond flour and browned butter.

If you ever make any of my recipes, I'd appreciate it if you'd leave a comment and a star rating! Your feedback helps me create even better recipes and helps others discover them too! Thanks so much for your support!

SUMMER RECIPES COOKIE RECIPES CAKE RECIPES Hey Reader, I love cooked peaches and of course anything with a crumble topping which makes these Peach Streusel Muffins one of my favorite treats. I cooked the peaches in brown sugar and cinnamon before adding them to the batter to add flavor to the peaches to cook off some of the water and remove excess moisture from the batter. I hope you enjoy these muffins. Recommended Muffin Pan: USA Pan Muffin Pan PEACH STREUSEL MUFFIN If you ever make any of...
