Weekend Baking! It's Peach Season

Hey Reader,

My love for peaches started with my mom's peach cobbler and peach ice cream, which is why I love baking with peaches. All of these are delicious, but if I had to pick a favorite it would probably be the peach bread pudding. Give these a try and let me know your favorite.

  • ​Fresh Peach Cake: This is a moist single layer cake full of fresh peaches and lots of cinnamon.
  • ​Peach Crumble with Pecan Streusel: Is there anything than baked peaches especially when you add a pecan streusel on top? I don't think so. Try this crumble when you want an easy and quick dessert.
  • ​Roasted Peach and Ricotta Tartine: This peachy treat is perfect for breakfast or lunch. It's inspired by a peach tartine that I had at Tatte Bakery in Boston, MA.
  • ​Roasted Peach Bread Pudding: If you love bread pudding you'll love this version with roasted peaches and caramel sauce.
  • ​Peach Upside Down Cake: I love this combination of cake and syrupy peaches. Like a lot of my peach desserts I leave the peel on the peaches because it adds flavor and color to the final bake.
