Rhubarb Season is Here! - Part 2

Hey Reader,

I'm attending a conference this week, but still want to share more yummy rhubarb desserts with you. This Rhubarb Crumble is one of my favorite rhubarb recipes - when I make it I go back for seconds and thirds.

This moist and tart Rhubarb Crumb Cake was inspired by a coffee cake that Starbuck's used to carry in Portland, OR, but sadly discontinued.

I hope you try one or both of these recipes.๐Ÿ˜

This rhubarb crumble has a jammy filling and the brown sugar streusel is buttery and crisp. A great combination of sweet and tart.

The tart pieces of rhubarb go perfectly with the sweet crumb topping and the moist cake.
