My Favorite Recipes to Make for June

Hi Reader,

I love June because it's warm, but too hot and it's the beginning of summer baking. Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are in season at the same time (if the weather allows) - and I want to bake with all of them.๐Ÿ˜

Here are some of my favorite recipes to start the season.

Happy Baking!

This strawberry ice cream is made with roasted strawberries for an intense berry flavor A little cornstarch keeps the ice scoopable straight from the freezer.

This no bake cheesecake is made with a combination of cream cheese, mascarpone, and heavy cream for a light and fluffy filling.

Fresh strawberry simple syrup makes for a great soda. It has a great all-natural flavor and you get to control the sweetness.

These moist cupcakes are made with frozen raspberries but the buttercream is made with fresh raspberries for a sharp and fruity flavor.

One of my favorite cakes, this coffee cake is made with plenty of sweet blueberries and the cake has a hint of ginger.

This fruity citrusy cake is made with fresh lemon zest and frozen raspberries. I made the glaze with fresh local berries which gives it this intense pink color.

If you ever make any of my recipes, I'd appreciate it if you'd leave a comment and a star rating! Your feedback helps me create even better recipes and helps others discover them too! Thanks so much for your support!
