Hey Reader,

I love when I get to spend the day in the kitchen testing recipes. It's my happy place. If you’re craving a little kitchen therapy, the weekend is the perfect time to turn on the oven and bake something special.

These recipes are perfect for a relaxed time in the kitchen.

  • Orange Bundt Cake: Bright citrus flavor and a tender crumb make this cake perfect for weekend baking. This recipe is from my mom's handwritten recipe notebook, so I hope you enjoy it.
  • Homemade Brioche Bread: Buttery and soft this homemade bread makes a great weekend project. Eat it while still warm or serve it with jam.
  • Lemon Blueberry Muffins: Soft, with bright lemon flavor, and bursts of bleuberry flavor throughout, these are perfect for weekend morning.
