Sometimes you just feel like a cookie and I've got you covered from a classic chocolate chip cookie to a Japanese inspired matcha shortbread that tastes like a match latte.

These all-natural sugar cookies are soft in the center with crisp edges. You must make these if you love strawberries.

A trip to Japan and matcha latte while there convinced me that matcha can be good, so I recreated that flavor in the matcha shortbread cookies.

A simple, soft, and chewy vanilla cookie that doesn't require any chilling. You can have your first batch of fresh baked cookies in less than an hour.
